Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, if you change your mind, you have the right to cancel and return your order in accordance with UK consumer law.

1. Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

You may notify us of your cancellation at any time from placing your order up to 14 days after delivery.

2. Returning Your Items

Once you have notified us of cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned with original packaging where possible
  • Properly packaged to avoid damage in transit

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

4. Return Postage Costs

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return postage costs.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the reasonable return costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Personalised or made-to-order products
  • Items sealed for hygiene reasons once opened
  • Goods that have been used or altered after delivery
