For made-to-order or temporarily out-of-stock items

While we aim to keep our most popular tartan products ready to ship, some items require additional time — especially those crafted in-house.

If we don’t happen to have a product in stock at the time of your order, we will:

  • Source the necessary materials immediately, including authentic tartan woven in Scotland wherever required.

  • Begin production as soon as materials arrive, for items made in our own workshop.

  • Keep you updated throughout, so you always know when to expect your order.

If an item is not in stock at the time of your order, sourcing and production typically takes 5–10 working days before dispatch. In some cases, particularly bespoke or workshop-made items, this may extend to up to 14 working days.

We will always keep you informed and provide updates on your order status.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
