We want you to love your order — but if you change your mind, no stress. You’ve got 14 days from the day you receive your items to cancel and send them back to us.

How it works

  • You can cancel your order any time from placing it up to 14 days after delivery

  • Just email or call us to let us know — quick and simple

  • Once you've told us, you’ll have another 14 days to return the items

  • Please keep your items in their original condition and packaging until they’re sent back

  • As soon as we get your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 days

Who pays for returns?

  • Returning because you changed your mind? You’ll cover the return postage.

  • Returning a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item? We’ll cover the costs — of course.

Items that can’t be returned

For hygiene and custom reasons, some items can’t be cancelled or returned:

  • Personalised or made-to-order products

  • Items sealed for hygiene reasons once opened (e.g. grooming or cosmetic goods)

  • Software, media, or digital content once unsealed/opened

  • Perishable goods (e.g. fresh food or flowers)

  • Newspapers/magazines

  • Travel & leisure bookings tied to specific dates (e.g. tickets, hotel bookings)
